The new year is a time packed with opportunity, a chance to build momentum for the year ahead. Whether you want to make personal changes, start a new hobby, plan an adventure or seek success in business or at work.

So what might the first step be for you, I always feel that to make way for the new we need to let go of the old, decluttering your life.

My decluttering your life challenge to you this month is

  • Have a think about three things you can stop doing in 2018.Then stop doing them.
  • Look at your planner/diary. Does it reflect your goals. What can go? Be minimised? Shortened? In an ideal world what would your weekly diary/planner look like?. Make changes to make room for the important things.
  • Find one thing you do on a regular basis. See if you can make it easier, shorter, simpler or more fun. For example: online shopping, menu planning, bulk cooking with the family, keeping your work outfits together with accessories in the wardrobe.

Good luck!
